SUNRO comprises two composers and multi-instrumentalists with backgrounds in media scoring. They each weave their individual influences from video games, animation, jazz and concert music into SUNRO’s lush, poignant musical tapestry. Inspired in equal parts by Hollywood films, Japanese animation and 80’s Nintendo games, SUNRO’s members began collaborating at New York University Steinhardt, where they both earned their Master’s in Music: Screen Scoring. 

 

SUNRO Studio is an entertainment company specializing in music composition and production. Its members have written music for a diverse array of media, including films, theatrical plays, video games, radio/podcasts and the concert hall. In addition to their scoring work, SUNRO creates their own brand of multimedia entertainment, and is currently in production on their forthcoming, debut video game.
